What is meant by “Well done is better than well said?”

Our objective is to help our customers achieve their objectives, be an extension of their team, make them look good, and overall ensure each project is well done. And even though we think it is better to have projects well done, we’d like to say it well to. But saying it well only comes after asking the right questions, listening, learning and finally then providing our advice. We implement a proven approach, only suggest the best fit solutions, and ensure we report on performances achieved.

What makes DBSI so different?

On any given day someone at DBSI is: in an executive strategy session with a bank or credit union about how to lower the cost of delivering their branch channel, helping design the next branch of the future, providing our recommendation on a test of technology, project managing and building out a branch re-design. We are scoping an entire branch network so that you know what all of your branches look like (creating floor plans), what is in them (via photo’s and video) and how they look from the street from your clients view. We are creating a software integration to allow cash automation technologies to deliver their full value, or responding to a branch service call for maintenance support.

We simply know all facets of branch banking, and what allows us to know a lot about a lot is that we have both a strategic and agnostic view in how we can help our customers. We don’t offer just one solution, we don’t own manufacturing plants that keep us from being objective, we offer what works, what is proven, what is best in class and what aligns to our customers understood needs.

What does DBSI want?

Relatively simple but BIG all at the same time. For our clients to be on the cover of Fortune or Business Week for creating the next generation of effective banking. And, when on CNN, Fox or in the article, giving a bit of credit to us in helping them get there. Thankfully, this has already happened in books, on radio interviews, and in magazine articles. But we’d like it happen again and again. Those are fun days!
