Their Flagship branch has high visibility and it was a top priority that it served as the hub for their brand. It had to be perfect, which meant they couldn't just hire anyone. They called up their trusted design-build partner, DBSI, to get the project started.

 DBSI and Amerant have a long-standing relationship that includes a history of rebranding, transformations in several branches, and a full-service digital signage program. 

It is because of this existing relationship between DBSI and Amerant that there was already a Kit of Parts (a playbook of every design and technology element to be used in the branch network) to apply to this branch. This made the designing process of this branch a breeze, saving time and money—and allowing the DBSI designers to have some extra fun. 

With this flagship branch, no details were skipped—from a breathtaking, open floorplan to attention-grabbing digital signage to enabling banking equipment.
