The Story

As Iowa’s largest privately held bank, Bankers Trust had quietly been expanding it’s
reach in the Phoenix market. Their team had tripled in size in just 8 short years and
they needed a bigger regional headquarters to accommodate their team. They also
hoped to create a flagship branch that could better serve their growing commercial
customer base.

Bankers Trust wasn’t sure what they wanted for their new location, but they knew it
needed to “feel like home back in Iowa” while still appealing to the commercial, highwealth market.

Finding DBSI from references given by other financial executives, Bankers Trust
started their transformation journey.

The Results

Fully embracing the Bankers Trust brand and historic Iowa roots, DBSI blended several purposeful elements throughout the space. All furniture, fixtures, banking areas, offices, and conference rooms were color coordinated to match their brand down to a tee.

Iowa themed imagery and photo’s of their bank’s history were placed around the space. Mill work was custom created to add even more branding detail, including tables that were in the shape of Bankers Trust’s logo crest.

The modern design provides a welcoming space for Bankers Trust to build one-on-one relationships between clients and their Private Bankers.

There’s truly no place like home and this space recreates that warmth and feeling of Iowa right here in Arizona.
