Unison Bank, a community bank with half a billion-dollar asset size and locations in ND and AZ, was expanding quickly and needed a new place to call home in their sunnier region (AZ). Enter: a new flagship branch and regional headquarters up on their whiteboard.

A headquarters project is typically one of the biggest projects an organization will undertake as it takes a strategic balance between form and function.
