CHAMBERS BANK

Chambers Bank, a family-owned financial institution headquartered in Danville, Arkansas has deep roots and a long history of financially supporting the local community. Established in 1930, this community bank now has 24 branches throughout the state, giving Arkansans the ability to "bank with people they know".

In 2020, after seeing the transformation of a neighboring bank (that DBSI completed), Chambers made the decision to build a new retail footprint and hired DBSI to transform their space.

This new branch leveraged digital signage, something new to the Chamber Bank network. But it didn't stay new for long. After witnessing the power of digital signage in just one branch, there was an urge to upgrade its other branches quickly. In 2021, DBSI took digital signage across Chambers Bank’s entire branch network.

DBSI handled the entire conversion project for Chambers across all of their branches, including hardware acquisition and installation, content creation, and content management software selection and set-up.

Hardware

DBSI reviewed the existing branches in the network and identified the different types of signage that would work best in each and where they would best be placed. DBSI then acquired and installed the hardware across the entire network.

Content Creation

To ensure the signage was engaged with, DBSI created a completely custom and hyper-local content program for each screen, at each branch, focused on Chambers Bank’s initiatives.

Content Management Software

In order to manage all content across all locations, DBSI helped Chambers select the content management system that was right for them, develop custom content into the software, and trained the Chambers team on how to use and update their screens.
